Reserved. Full sized SUV. Hertz sold vehicle. But. Didn't bother to have. Same sized replacement vehicle to be reserved.Got to airport. They tried to rent a full size passenger car. We rented full size SUV from Avis with cheaper price .

The vehicles wasn’t cleaned before I received it. Smelled like old smoke which made my clothes smell bad and had about 15 used tissues in the center console.

I went to pick up my rental around noon and was told they will call me when they had a care ready. I went to their office around 4:45 pm, knowingly they close at 6 pm. They still did not have a car ready. Then the lady offered me to burrow a car for 1 day and only a few hours. I was confused how would that benefit me as I had requested the car rental for 5 days to go on vacation with my kids. It was a frustrating experience over all.
