Waited about 1 hr in a line of 20 people and only 3 people had been serviced. They were then making people wait in excess of 10-20 min to get a car after leaving the counter. They vending machines had no water for my family which included 2 girls under the age of 3 and the water fountains were not working either. We finally went next door to enterprise/Alamo and rented a car right away. Never using budget again

Staff at JFK is very good and work hard to make the best of a difficult situation. Waited in line to get my car for 1 hour. Then another 30 minutes for it to be ready. Found the keys on the floor in the back seat after looking and then asking for help from a nice cleaner guy.
