Horrific. Boarding sucked and was not ADA friendly Our flight was delayed 2 times. One of the delays was because a flight attendant was late to work. I booked a window seat- and my seat didn’t even come with a window. The crew members were in the back talking about how poorly they were treated at their job, and that most of them were staying because they had to, and couldn’t afford a career change. Overall one of the worst flights I’ve ever had, I feel bad for the employees and will never book with frontier again- not because of my poor experience- I don’t want to contribute funds to an organization that treats their workers unfairly.
